Origin Story
Nestled in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountain Range of El Salvador, Finca Lemus Bella Vista is a picturesque 3.2-hectare farm owned by third-generation coffee farmer Thelma de Gutierrez. With an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, the farm thrives in ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality coffee. Thelma’s commitment to sustainable practices, including holistic ecological systems to manage pests and diseases, ensures the harmony of the farm’s ecosystem while producing exceptional coffee. Her dedication reflects her family’s rich coffee heritage and passion for creating a product that honours the land.
The Lemus Bella Vista Pacamara Natural showcases the vibrant potential of Thelma’s farm. This varietal is naturally processed, with cherries sun-dried on clay patios for 30 days to develop its signature flavour profile. Each sip is a journey through floral aromas, berry sweetness, and hints of black tea and citrus, complemented by a round body and balanced acidity. This coffee stands as a testament to Thelma’s craftsmanship and the unique terroir of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, offering an unforgettable experience for coffee lovers worldwide
